Strategy first. Craft always.
As an art director, I've always been drawn to the moment a piece of work stops someone in their tracks. A path-breaking design idea, the way a dish is plated, a moment of branding magic. That obsession led me to some of the most demanding kitchens in the world — and back to design with a deeper respect for process, repetition, and restraint.
Ten years in, I've built out the full picture: brand strategy, creative direction, and running the business — teams, clients, commercial outcomes — without ever stepping away from the work itself. Along the way, I took time out to do an MBA across Italy and Japan, interned at Amazon in Luxembourg, and worked across FMCG, food, retail, fashion, and tech. The food background added flavour. The rest added range.
I work at the intersection of strategy and craft — shaping how brands think, look, and speak across brand identity, packaging, digital, campaigns, print, motion, and UI/UX. I stay close to the work at every stage, from positioning all the way through to execution. Increasingly, that execution integrates AI — not as a shortcut, but as a creative material in its own right.
You could say I'm the kind of person who'd bring a knife to a branding fight. And by now, I know exactly which one to use.
